Nick has been the growth leader for the company since its inception in 2009. Nick’s depth of commercial experience has helped the company navigate as a new entrant into the electricity industry. Nick is responsible for strategic partnership development, sales and marketing and electricity sales to the property industry. He has multi industry experience including over 20 years in property management, development, operations and leasing in high traffic public assets, plus 10 years in his own company in retail and wholesale inbound travel and tourism. Nick has previously held roles with St Luke’s Group, Westfield, IMAX Auckland, Force Corporation, IMAX (Auckland & Boston), and Kitchener Group. His awards include a World Gold MAC Award for the most successful Giant Screen theatre opening in 2001 and the Telecom NZ Supreme Award for Shopping Centre Marketing in 1994. He is a graduate of the University of California and Chapman University in Orange CA.
Brad is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand (ICANZ). He brings over 20 years financial and general management experience, operating at board level with cross sector and project development expertise. Brad has held senior management roles for several large publicly listed companies in Project Finance and Change-Management roles, specialising in the property Industry. Companies included are Notting Hill Housing Group, M.W.B Business Exchange, Marriott Vacation Club International, Marylebone Warwick Balfour Group PLC, and Nestor PLC. In 2003, Brad joined Kitchener Group Ltd; an Auckland based Property Development Company, where he was involved in the acquisition, development and sale of a number of large projects and investment assets, including Prince’s Wharf, the Hilton Hotel and Victoria Park Markets. Brad has been a Director since 2009 and has played an integral role in the governance of the company.
Tim is an experienced property developer and was one of the first to refurbish commercial buildings in the Auckland CBD into apartments – bringing life to the downtown, in the early 1990’s and to create large gated communities in New Zealand.
Tim’s vision and energy is the driving force behind the success of Norwich Properties Ltd. Tim has been involved with more than 50 projects and has been responsible for some of New Zealand’s largest residential developments over the past 22 years. He recognised the potential of developing an electricity company that understood property and could deliver utilities to projects he and his development network could support. Tim brings significant commercial experience and knowledge of the property world to the company and is involved in a governance capacity.
